Wymondham Town U13’s on a cold wintery Sunday travelled to Sprowton who are in the top end of the leauge,   The match started with both teams trying to take control, with a high work rate and injury to Ed Morely left Wymondham down to 10 men and Sprowton taking full advantage took the lead. Sprowton got on top and forced a good save from Sam Palmer. Owen Lancaster, Joe Goreham and Fraser Field worked hard in defence filling the gap left by Ed.  Sprowton three man attack found a way through the solid line of Jack Newbery, Micheal Farmer, AJ Harmer and Jack Marshall in mid field to make it  2-0. Jack Newbery had a long ranged effort that skimmed  the bar, Oli Street and Charlie Love worked hard to make an opening to shoot but Sprowton closed them down with an organised defence. Despite the final score being 8-0 Wymondham kept there shape and worked hard to the end as they could only field an 11 man team.
